About me

Growing up In Michigan, I was always curious about what my older siblings were watching on tv, which was usually a movie or a tv show. Because of this, I’ve always loved movies and TV shows, devouring cartoons, anime, and live-action. I have also always loved drawing and creating things on my own. Watching cartoons and anime when I was a kid inspired me to start drawing characters from shows and even start creating my characters. Whenever I can’t think of anything to create or draw, I’ll go and listen to some music and come up with characters plus a story.

To me, music helps with my creativity a lot to the point where I can imagine a mini-animated music video in my head to envision what the story and characters are going to be and do along with the music. If I was ever good at animation, I probably would make animated music videos. I usually go back and forth between digital and traditional mediums when it comes to creating illustrations and characters. When I’m working with traditional mediums I usually go for watercolor, gouache, graphite, colored pencils, and sometimes charcoal.

For my digital work, I create it in Procreate and Photoshop. Other than creating illustrations and characters, I enjoy reading, knitting, crocheting, and jewelry-making in my downtime. I have also recently graduated from Ringling College of Art and Design majoring in illustration focused on visual development. I hope you enjoyed looking at my work, and contact me if you have any opportunities or positions for me. I highly appreciate it thank you :)
